New Hosting Plans

Need more speed or more bandwidth for your website?  Are you interested in 24/7 managed hosting services, where your server is monitored around the clock for uptime and updated whenever new software is released, free of charge? We are now offering our upgraded CMS customers the opportunity to upgrade their hosting as well to managed services on a bank of dedicated machines at our newly sourced Class A data center.

We are offering two plans to upgrade your website's hosting - a limited share plan, and a dedicated machine.
Limited Share Hosting limits the number of clients on a machine, so while you are still in a shared environment, there are less people in the pool, and you would be on a new, dedicated machine, with twice the bandwidth and twice the processing power. This option is available for $49 a month or $495 a year, which is approximately $25 a month higher than our current BLUE hosting plan. Limited Shared Hosting is currently limited to 20 customers only, so reserve your spot now by calling 605-939-3801 or emailing grassfrog@gmail.com.

Dedicated Machine: Imagine finally getting your own server, with full control over it. You won't share resources with any other websites, this machine will only have your site(s) on it and no one else's.  If you have 2 or more websites, this is a particularly good option for you, as you can spread the cost over mu This option is available for $99 a month or $275 per quarter, billed quarterly or semi-annually.

The new hosting options are currently only available to our customers who have either static websites or who upgraded their websites to GS within the past 2 years. If you have not yet upgraded to the new CMS but would like to take advantage of this special offer, we are offering a monthly bundle for this service as well, contact sales for details.

Back online

Server has been rebooted and all systems are go. We will continue to monitor this server as we build and bring on its replacement. Thank you for your patience, and a shout out to BurstNet's new VP of Customer Care for personally taking an interest in this matter.

Burst.net network error, pending reboot

We are having trouble reaching one of our servers on Burst.net, and have requested a reboot from the data center. We have also sourced a replacement server on another network and will be bringing it online this week. Please stay tuned for updates.

Database issue - update

Experienced a temporary database error which primarily affected only the old iWare platform sites.  The iWare system was officially retired in 2012 as it is no longer supported by the developers. We wrote to all of our customers to recommend upgrading to our new CMS which is XML based and Google intuitive. If you would like to upgrade your website to the new CMS, please contact us.
